A step inside the Mine and Yours project. Soft curves and venetian plaster give an elevated sophistication to the luxury pieces of the boutique.
Custom design scallop cash desk takes center stage of the boutique. A contemporary modern chandelier hangs directly above the cash desk. The LED lit handbag display wall creates a perfect backdrop.
A mannequin stands tall beside a curved opening of a fitting room draped closed with gold velvet curtains. The profile of the custom designed handbag shelving lines the wall to the right of the fitting room, each cubby softy lit with LED lighting.
Custom LED lit shoe shelving share the same soft corner curves seen throughout the interior Mine and Yours project.
In the corner of the shoe lounge, hides a curved opening draped in gold velvet, walls laid with gold flamingo and deep grey blues of tropical flora wall covering.
Gold velvet drapery opens up from the center, complimenting the Arte Flamingo wall covering of the fitting rooms.
Where the curved wall covered bulkhead meets its reflection in the mirror, creating an infinite setting.
Custom designed venetian plaster scalloped cash and wrap desk, a modern contemporary chandelier hangs just above.

Owner of vintage consignment store Mine + Yours, Courtney Watkins, envisioned her fourth location in Vancouver to feel like “your best friend’s closet”.
In combination to that idea, Fay expanded on the design to create an elevated time capsule interior, filled with all the incredible pieces once belonging to a single person, then becoming yours .
